Getting to West Point

West point is located about an hour north of New York City along the west bank of the Hudson river (regional map).

Many options exist for transportation to West Point and we encourage you to examine all possible options.

The West Point area is served by four airports and a train line.  Three of the airports (JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark) are in the New York City region, and one (Stewart) is a regional airport 20 minutes from West Point.  The train line runs on the east side of the Hudson and taxi service is the only transportation option to West Point.
